7.1 Bonus Eligibility. jl587 bonuses are available to eligible registered Players at jl587's sole discretion. jl587 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any Player from any promotion at any time, without prior notice, where fraud, abuse, or system manipulation is suspected.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without jl587's prior written consent.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl587's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jl587 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 jl587 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, even if jl587 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 jl587 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform availability. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside jl587's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. jl587 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of such interruptions.
12.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. jl587 makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any game, wager, or betting activity on the Platform.

13.3 For purposes of legal proceedings not resolved through regulatory escalation, you agree that any claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14.1 By jl587. jl587 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl587 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by PAGCOR or applicable law. Upon termination for cause, jl587 may retain funds in excess of verifiably deposited amounts as permitted by applicable regulations.
14.2 By User. You may close your jl587 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to Account closure, you must withdraw any available balance to your verified payment method. jl587 will process the Account closure request within five (5) business days of confirmation. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
jl587 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered address on file, or via a prominent notice within the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where regulatory requirements mandate immediate implementation.
